Their lives depend on someone nearby immediately administering CPR— which, if performed in the first few minutes, can triple a person's chance of survival. No prior medical training required.
Heartsaver CPR/AED
$90 (free for UC Davis students)
3.5 hours
Students will learn how to provide CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) use in a safe, timely and effective manner for all ages. AHA HeartSaver CPR AED eCard valid for 2 years.
Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid
$130 (free for UC Davis students)
6.5 hours
This course is for anyone who wants to add First Aid training onto their CPR course. Students will learn critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to an emergency in the first few minutes until EMS takes over. AHA HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED eCard valid for 2 years.

This course emphasizes the the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, using a BVM, using an AED and relieving choking. AHA BLS provider eCard valid for 2 years.
